Admission
(1) Admission to E-dinner is only by introduction of the member.
(2) Members should be able to speak English with other members or to communicate with members somehow.
Cancellation
(3) If for some reason you wish to cancel your participation, please notify us 25 hours prior to the event so that we can keep an accurate count for restaurant reservations. For instance, if an E-Dinner is held on Wednesday at 20:00, please contact us by 19:00 on Tuesday.
At E-Dinner
(4) The dress code is business casual.
(5) We require all our participants to make efforts to speak English during E-dinner.
(6) The remaining dinner bill is divided evenly among attendees.
(7) We do NOT tolerate any sort of stalking and inappropriate behavior. Any such behavior noted by the Committee will prohibit the PARTICIPANT from any future participation.
